Parallelism Between Rollers 0.005mm. The rollers are manufactured from high quality steel (SUJ2) and heat treated to release stress. Roller surfaces are hard chrome plated for maximum wear resistance. Independent control box for operational convenience. Employs AC servomotor drive for fast motion and increased efficiency. The computer control with closed-loop feedback assures accuracy of ±0.05mm. Multi-step manual length input allows convenient material feed to the die and accurate positioning. Loosening angle is quickly set by simply meeting the cam signal from the press and making material thickness adjustment. Feed length can be conveniently set on the control panel.
